The sales force development and knowledge management team supports the commercial teams in charge of selling to airlines and retaining airline customers by providing the right knowledge and information for all levels, from newcomers to senior management. It offers several programmes: Induction for newcomers, an account manager learning path, Annual airline academies, Annual best practice sharing awards and knowledge webinars on Amadeus solutions for airlines. Topics cover a wide range from strategic to tactical and functional in all airline related business areas.
The team supports all regions: Europe, Middle East, Africa, Americas and Asia Pacific and interacts with a large number of units: Airline IT strategy, Distribution, Solutions, Delivery to ensure all knowledge needs are met.
Knowledge Management & Induction
Assist in organisation of account manager learning path worldwide
Assist in broadcasting webinars on Amadeus solutions worldwide
Assist in the organisation of Airline Academies for commercial teams
Assist in publishing information on the knowledge sharing database
Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge sharing via quantitative and qualitative feedback from the commercial force
Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations
Assist in advising newcomers
Assist in the analysis of knowledge needs for the Airline commercial force.
Best practice sharing
Support Annual Best Practice Awards for commercial teams
Organisation and Planning
English mother tongue or bilingual
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite in particular Excel and Powerpoint
Good writing and communication skills
