You will joint the project NEO. NEO is a transformation program initiated by L'Oréal in order to review all the transactional process (finance, Sales, Supply-Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.) of the group. And to initiate a transition from SAP ECC to S4HANA.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
As part of the IT domain, he/she identifies and analyses the options for improvement or design of IT landscape. As a project manager, he/she may latterly contribute to the evolution of the applications.
She/he will :
• Support the domain “Product owners” and the “Solution Architect” in the definition of the business needs and translate them into specification for development/improvement of IT landscape.
• Deliver the functional specifications of the applications.
• Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on the domain processes.
• Customize/configure applications, prepare functional tests and endorse responsibility for validating developments before application roll out.
• Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients giving regular updates on developments and improvements.
• Participate and deploy the change management activities by accompanying end users and providing trainings.
• Provide support on escalated maintenance issues to the Service Delivery teams.
• During the project, dedicated to a squad in case the project is managed in Agile way.

Clarifies and simplifies technical concepts on S4HANA
Understanding of the L'Oréal business, operating model, processes and roles.
Ability to deal with complex IT / Business organizational structures, in multi-located and multi-cultural environment
Listens actively to his partners/clients to decode needs, qualify them properly and transform them in relevant technical solutions on S4HANA
Manages efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors
Respect proposed methodology, and contribute to secure timing, budget and resource allocation on build activities
8/12 years of experience
May have to travel up to 10% of time (Depending of project phase)
