Summary

You will be part of a small HR team where trust, confidence, collaboration are key drivers in a challenging and changing environment.

You will work closely with the HR Managers and local leadership team on an HR generalist scope. You will take the lead on Compensation & Benefits and be an HR Business Partner for transversal functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR Business Partner :

You work in close partnering with BU Directors and Managers to support business needs (recruitment with the support of the talent acquisition team, talent management and development, reward, org design, change management)

You provide advice and coaching to fit individual and team needs for a performing, agile organization in a challenging business environment

You enable the transformation path we are walking through with our business leaders

You implement all HR processes with business judgment.

C&B :

You implement global compensation and benefits strategy and drive local reward initiatives

You lead the annual compensation review process and manage incentive programs

You belong to EMEA Operation network and effectively leverage systems (Workday) and processes to meet needs and requirements (audit, testing, reporting)

SIRH

Be the single point of contact for Workday matters

Projects :

You contribute to various HR or Business projects on a need basis.

Qualifications

You hold a master’s degree in human resources and/or in Business with a minimum of 4 years of experience in high-performance organizations.

You are fluent in French and English, with an international experience or culture.

You are business driven, customer focused, with accountability and sense of urgency.

You know how to combine rigor and flexibility.

You have proven communication, coaching and influencing skills.

You enjoy teamwork and multi-functional projects.

You have a positive mindset and a high degree of resilience to thrive through change.

You are comfortable with SIRH tools
